Challenge
Homeowner Kaleigh called Keystone Basement Systems because she was getting large amounts of water in her basement every time it rained. Keystone sent out Inspector Brian McWhirter who designed a custom plan for Kaleigh. This plan was special because there were areas of the basement where the footer of the home was raised and areas where it was not. This required an interesting technique of using what is called a box ledge in conjunction with the more recognizable waterproofing installation.
Solution
