Referral from one valued customer to the next
Challenge
Gregory had called Keystone Basement Systems after talking with his friend and hearing that he was very satisficed what they had done for him. Gregory was having a issue of water getting into his basement/garage and with the walls cracking and his door not opening or closing the right way as a result of this. Keystone then sent out one of their best expert field inspectors Jeff Martello. Jeff and the homeowner sat down and talked about everything and then went and evaluated the problem. Jeff used his extensive knowledge and his expert tools to come up with a game plan to fix the problem. Jeff included a 29 foot PowerBrace, 3 Push Piers, 2 Top Deck Push Pier brackets, and PointCrack every 40 inches to fix the wall issue. He also said in order to get it dry that the water had to be pulled away from the house and for this he used 5 DownSpout litter lines and some new Down Spout brackets.
Solution
Foreman Juan Pantojas and his crew went out to the home and instantly got to work on Jeff's plan. The crew installed the items Jeff had listed in his project sheet and got the homeowner dry and safe again. The homeowner was so satisfied he then passed our name onto one of his friends, it became a referral that turned into a referral.
