Sagging floors in need of a SmartJack system in Boswell
Challenge
Sharon and Eric had called into Keystone Basement Systems after noticing they had a huge sagging in their floors. They had also noticed some wet walls in their home and that gave them great concern. Keystone Basement Systems sent out Field inspector Nick to talk with them and then further evaluate the issue to help insure a plan to fix it. After completing his inspection he came up with a great plan of action for this couple. His plan included using 8 SmartJacks in the crawlspace to help with the sagging floor issue. As well as putting a internial drain system that lead to an external drain system that would help lead the water away from the house. His plan also included the "power couple" duo of the Sedona Dehumidifier and a TripleSafe Sump Pump, this will insure that the house gets dry and stays dry.
Solution
Keystone sent out one of their best crews to install these said items. The foreman and crew went out and installed 8 SmartJacks, the Sedona Dehumidifier, a TripleSafe Sump Pump and a interior drainage system that lead into a exterior drainage system with a drainage outlet. Upon completion of this project the house was dry and didn't have anymore sagging, issues which made these homeowners very happy.
