Challenge
Business owner Edward had just boughten himself a new property to expand his business. Once he had obtained the property he then discovered it had 3 sump pumps in the basement and 1 had an alarm that would not stop going off and the water was not being pumped out of it. This business owner knew he had to jump into action to ensure that this would be fixed so after looking on the pump and discovering a phone number he called only to find out that business was closed but Google gave him suggestions of other places to call. Keystone Basement Systems was happy to respond with one of our best field inspectors. After inspecting the issue the filed inspector came up with a plan of action to help this business owner out. The plan included replacing the current pump with a TripleSafe sump pump and also adding some CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls.
Solution
Keystone then sent out one of the best crews that they have to install this new pump and make sure the CleanSpace was properly installed on the walls as to ensure this business man's basement would be not only dry but mold free. This business owner was extremely happy with Keystone Basement Systems and said if he ever needed us he would call again. He has also passed our name on to many of his friends and clients.
