Internal French Drain with 2 cleanouts
Challenge
Homeowner Denise called Keystone Basement Systems because he had a moisture problem in his basement that he needed help with. Keystone Basement Systems then sent out one of their best field inspectors to sit and discuss the issue at hand with him and then perform a in detail inspection of the problem area. After sitting with the homeowner the field inspector knew how important it was to get this issue fixed as soon as possible and "the right way". The field inspector then performed his inspection and came up with a great plan that he then sat back down with John and discussed again, so as he knew the plan and how important it was to get done on our end as well. He explained to John that his plan included 48 feet of Internal French Drainage with 2 cleanouts, and also a sump pump to make sure if their was anymore water it would be displaced from his basement.
Solution
Keystone then sent out one of their foreman and his crew who installed the 48 feet of Internal French Drains with the two cleanouts, and the sump pump. Once completed with this project the homeowner was extremely happy and yes, his basement was dry again.
