Better then new in Bradfordwoods
Challenge
This homeowner called in because his basement was wet and his floors were sagging and he didn't know what to do, seeing as how he already had a support beam in place. Keystone Basement Systems sent out one of their expert field inspectors Brian McWhirter who not only gave the homeowner an expert evaluation but also sat down to talk with about not only the issue at hand, but also the solution. He came up with what seemed to almost be a brand new basement, which made the homeowner thrilled! The plan was to use a new support beam to replace the old one, and to add a 2 more with that 1, which made a total of 3 new support beams. He also incorporated some Carbon Armor straps, some WaterGuard, a new floor drain, some new downspouts and last but not least a Sedona dehumidifier. The SaniDry Sedona is the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system, without a bulky heat exchange core. With its small size, it takes up less space in a basement
Solution
Keystone Basement Systems sent out Foreman Juan Pantojas and Scott Booth to install the products in which Brian's plan consisted of. Prior to starting the installation Juan explained to the homeowner what the project consisted of and where they were going to begin. He also explained the remaining process to the homeowner about halfway through the project. Once complete they once again walked around the basement together as Juan explained everything and made sure they had no questions. The homeowner was ecstatic with Keystone Basement Systems, so much so they gave us a 5 star review!
