Challenge
James and Alice called Keystone Basement Systems into their home because they were having some structural issues that they needed fixed as soon as they could. Keystone sent out one of the best field inspectors they have to discuss this with them and also to perform a very detailed inspection of the problem area. The field inspector did so and came up with a wonderful plan to ensure their safety. The plan was to include 8 Rhino Straps and some structural pointing to fix the cracks they had in the walls from the bowing.
Solution
Keystone then sent out one of their best foreman, Juan, and his work partner Scott. Once they arrived they went over the plan of the installation, in case they had any questions. Once the straps were installed they then met with them again and let them know how things were going. They then completed the installation by doing the structural pointing and then did a walk through with the homeowners to show them everything and explain it all to them once again. The homeowners were so happy they referred us to a few friends and also used us again for another project they had.
