Water leak in South Park
Challenge
Mathew had found Keystone Basement Systems on Google and called right away, as he had some water damage and water infiltration in his basement. Keystone promptly sent field inspector Darryl Butler out to his house to sit down with him and go over the issues and conduct a thorough inspection of the problem area. After speaking with Matt Darryl knew how strongly he felt about having this fixed and went on to perform his evaluation. He discovered that water was not only seeping in threw the floor but also threw some cracks in the walls. His also found that Matts walls were bowing a tad bit. He walked matt through the plan that he had come up with and they both agreed that it needed done as soon as it possible. With knowing this the field inspector went back to the office to have the installation scheduled.
Solution
The plan included 52 feet of French drains, with a speedy drain and a single stage sump pump, as well as 13 CarbonArmor straps to help with the walls and some point cracking in the cracks. The foreman and his crew arrived promptly and spoke with the Matt first to go over what was going to happen that day. They then proceeded onto the installation of these products and once complete showed Matt around his very improved basement. Matt was very happy at definitely at ease that there would be no further damage to his house from this issue.
