Internal French Drain
Challenge
Cheryl called into Keystone Basement System after finding us on Google. Cheryl's house had a water issue in the basement that she didn't know what to do about and knew she needed an expert. Keystone promptly sent her out a field inspector to evaluate the problem area and come up with a plan to get it fixed. The plan was made after he sat down with her to talk about her concerns and answer the questions that she had. The field inspector performed his inspection using all the proper tools and taking the most accurate measurements possible. The plan consisted of a internal drainage system with a service port and a 5 year service plan. The plan also consisted of a PumpSpy sump pump. Keystone also performed a wall wash and then sprayed a anti-microbial spray, to kill the mold that was already there and prevent any new mold from growing.
Solution
Keystone's field inspector sat down with Cheryl once again to go over the plan and make sure she understood how important it was to get this project done as soon as possible. Keystone sent out one of their best foreman and his crew to install al of the products listed in the field inspectors plan. Once complete with the project the foreman sat down with the homeowner to go over the placement of everything and how it all worked. He made sure she didn't have anymore questions or concerns and that she knew exactly what had taken place. Cheryl, the homeowner, was extremely happy with the process from start to finish, and left a 5 star review.
