Challenge
Netty and Anthony had some floors that were sagging and knew they needed expert help to get it fixed. Netty called Keystone Basement Systems that quickly made an appointment with field inspector Scott to go out and meet with them. Scott talked about their concerns and then jumped right into performing his very detailed inspection of the problem area. Upon his inspection he found that his house was in desperate need of 4 PowerBrace braces along with 4 custom made footer apparatuses. The field inspector sat them down once again and let them know of his findings and that he had already come up with a fantastic plan to get it handled. Once he knew they understood everything he went back to the office and scheduled them out for installation .
Solution
The foreman and his crew then went out, on the day of installation and introduced themselves and explained what was going to be going in their basement today. They then jumped right to work making sure that all 4 braces and brackets were installed with care and most certainly with the utmost of expertise. The foreman then showed Netty and Anthony around again, explaining the whole time what had been installed and making sure they had no questions or concerns.
