Internal French Drain
Challenge
Bill and Lynne called Keystone Basement Systems after finding them online. They had a water infiltration problem and need expert help right away!! Keystone greeted her with a appointment the very next day for a field inspector to come out, which made them thrilled. The field inspector arrived a few minuets early and was met at the door to eager homeowners who wanted this issue fixed!!!! After completing a sit down discussion about the problem the field inspector then conducting his in-depth inspection of said problem area. This inspection included measurements and test and the proper knowledge of waterproofing, which this field inspector most certainly has. The plan was to install a new interior french drain system with one service port, aka cleanout. The plan also consisted of a PumpSpy sump pump and a discharge line. The final step to completing this plan was to install some new downspouts. After explaining how all of this was going to fix their home Bill and Lynne had already felt more at ease. Keystones field inspector the proceeded to have the project scheduled out for as soon as possible.
Solution
The foreman and his crew that were assigned to this project went out on install day and politely introduced themselves. The foreman then took the homeowners down to the basement to show them the plan for that day and make sure if they had any questions to answer them. The foreman and his crew then quickly got to work installing the downspouts and the outside discharge line, and then moved onto the inside of the house were they installed the sump pump as well as the internal french drain. Once completed with this project they wrapped up by taking the homeowners down to show them everything all while explaining how it all worked. Once he was complete with the walk through the homeowner then explained how excited they were to have found Keystone and how they will definitely pass on their name to any and everyone they know who has waterproofing needs.
