WaterGuard is the answer for this home
Challenge
Cathleen had called Keystone Basement Systems to come out to her home and help her with her basement issues. The basement at her house was dry for 10+ years and now she had moisture on the walls and some pooling at the cove, she didn't understand what was going on, so she decided that a professional would be the best answer. Cathleen was also very worried about the fact that her asthma had been worse since she noticed the moisture, so with her health being at risk it was super important for someone to come out as quickly as possible. Keystone understood her concerns and sent a master field inspector out to her house the very next day, this helped to put Cathleen's mind at ease. Field inspector Brian McWhirter promptly showed up for their scheduled appointment and sat down with Cathleen to discuss the issue at hand. Cathleen and Brian went over all of her concerns and questions before Brian went down to thoroughly look over the problem area. Field inspector Brian then quickly went downstairs and conducted several moisture tests and also took very accurate measurements of the entire basement area. He also took pictures of everything that needed to be fixed or adjusted, this was done so that he could not only show his installation team but also point out things to Cathleen without her having to go downstairs. The field inspector had finished all this up by coming up with a plan in writing to discuss with Cathleen. The plan consisted of installing a TripleSafe sump pump, as well as a discharge line and WaterGuard. The WaterGuard® system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump. The system installs quickly and has a clean finished appearance, meaning you don't have to worry about having an unsightly drain around the basement. WaterGuard® works for both block walls and poured concrete, ensuring that your basement remains dry in all situations. This product also comes with a written lifetime warranty. This plan definitely put Cathleen at ease and she was very excited to get this project underway.
Solution
Field inspector Brian then returned to the office and scheduled this job for installation for as quickly as possible. The install crew that is assigned to this project will be responsible for installing the TripleSafe sump pump, as well as the discharge line and the WaterGuard. The foreman and his crew were very prompt and met with Cathleen to introduce themselves before working on this project. This helped to put Cathleen at ease as well, due to now she knows who is entering her house. The foreman went over the entire project with Cathleen, showing her everything every step of the way. Cathleen was more than happy with Keystone and left a great 5-star review. Cathleen has referred us to some of her friends as well as having said she would never go to anyplace else but Keystone for all her waterproofing and structural needs again!
