Internal French Drain in Valencia
Challenge
Paul reached out to Keystone Basement Systems after noticing water in his basement. Keystone promptly sent out one of their best field inspectors, Brian McWhirter, to meet with Paul before conducting his very detailed inspection of the problem area. The field inspector learned a lot from their conversation, like the fact that Paul was concerned about the items he was storing in the basement and that he was worried about mold forming, as this would be a great health risk to Paul and his family. The field inspector knew he had to devise a fantastic plan to make this home dry again. The plan consisted of installing an internal drainage system with a service port or better known as a clean-out. Brian sat down once again with Paul and explained the plan in full detail to him, making sure to answer all of his questions and go over all of his concerns. Once he knew that Paul understood everything and was comfortable with the plan, the field inspector then returned to the office and got this project scheduled for installation.
Solution
On install day the foreman and his crew promptly showed up and introduced themselves before getting to work. The foreman went over everything with Paul once again and even scheduled a mid-day check-in with Paul to show him the progress of the project. At the end of the installation, the crew cleaned up while the foreman went over everything with Paul, making sure he knew who to call if there were any ever questions or concerns that he might have. Paul was extremely happy with the entire process and made sure to leave Keystone a 5-star review!
