WaterGuard drainage system in Valley Grove, Ohio
Challenge
Lois and Frank got onto the internet to look for a reputable waterproofing company and found the Pittsburgh winners of The Best of The Best contest, Keystone Basement Systems, and had also seen they have been in business for 20 years so they knew they were the right fit for them. Their basement was moldy and wet and the crawlspace was also in need of being looked at. Keystone was more than pleased to schedule their appointment for later that same week. Upon the day of the appointment field inspector, Darryl Butler promptly showed up for their scheduled appointment and met with both Lois and Frank to discuss the issue at hand, that's where field inspector Darryl learned how urgent this was to the family to get this fixed. Field inspector Darryl wrapped up the conversation by reassuring them that he would come up with a plan of action to get this home back in tip-top shape. Field inspector Darryl then went downstairs and got right to work conducting his inspection. The inspection was conducted in a very thorough and detailed way, this is done to ensure that the plan that Darryl comes up with is the right and exact plan that this house needs. The plan consisted of a WaterGuard drainage system along with a TripleSafe sump pump, a buried discharge line as well as CleanSpace for the crawlspace. The discharge line is also to include a LawnScape system on it. The plan was custom fit for this home, as it had to be because no two issues are the exact same. The field inspector then confidently returned upstairs to go over the plan with Lois and Frank before heading back to the office to get this on the schedule for installation. The homeowners were both thrilled to hear the details of the plan and could not wait to get it done.
Solution
Upon the day of installation, the foreman and his crew promptly showed up for their appointment and got right to work unloading the truck. The crew then started the installation as the foreman met with Lois and Frank to go over what was going to take place. The foreman and his crew then got to work installing the WaterGuard as well as the TripleSafe sump pump, they then moved on to installing the CleanSpace. Once completed with the inside of the basement they moved outside to install the buried discharge line as well as the LawnScape system. The job wrapped up by the crew cleaning up the entire area that they worked in, while the foreman showed the homeowners the new system that was going to keep their basement dry. The foreman explained to them what department to call and provided them with the phone number to do so if they had any issues or just to schedule their annual maintenance. Lois and Frank were so excited to be living in a dry home once again that they gave Keystone an amazing 5-star review.
