In Hidden Valley, PA, a customer was seeking a permanent fix for sagging floors above their crawl space. Chris discovered that the existing support system was not providing adequate stabilization for the floors above. To stabilize the floors and protect the foundation, Chris proposed replacing the 22ft main beam with a 22ft steel supplemental beam, installing 4 SmartJack Support Posts to the beam, and installing a 10ft C-channel under the double header with 2 SmartJacks with a concrete base.
