The basement of this Butler, PA church was leaking water and a permanent solution was needed. For a free inspection and quote for waterproofing and sealing the basement, the church contacted our office. Steven Miller, one of our experienced field inspectors, assessed the basement thoroughly and recommended a customized permanent solution. Steven identified the source of the leaky basement. Our proposed solution included installing an interior drainage system, encapsulating the walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, and installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump. This permanent solution would prevent future water leaks and protect the church's basement from water damage. Following his explanation of his findings and permanent recommendation, the church's leadership was eager to hire our crew to complete the work and have a dry basement. Using a jackhammer, the crew dug a trench around the perimeter of the basement for the WaterGuard interior drainage system.With drilled in fasteners, CleanSpace was mechanically attached to the walls.Water that seeps through the wall will be directed to the drainage system.To remove water from the drainage system, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. TripleSafe offers 3 levels of protection to ensure that this basement remains dry all the time.. in the event of a power outage!
