Mold Growth
The presence of leaky basement walls can lead to the growth of mold and mildew. This can cause respiratory issues, allergies, and other health problems. It is important to identify and repair leaky basement walls as soon as possible.
Bubbling Paint
If the paint on your basement walls is bubbling or peeling, it means moisture in the concrete is causing it to lose adhesion. This can expose the wall to further damage if not properly repaired.
Entryway Water Problem
From underneath the entryway, water leaked into this customer's basement whenever it rained. As a result, the basement floor was lifting and separating, and the door frame and door had wood rot and mold growth.
Surface Drainage System
We installed a TrenchDrain at the basement entryway to capture water before it makes its way into the basement. The water is drained to the sump pump system to be removed from the home.
Interior Drainage System with a TripleSafe Sump Pump
WaterGuard, an interior perimeter drainage system was installed along the basement wall/floor joint to collect water and channel it to the sump pump, ensuring that the basement never sees water.
Clean Surface
After our crew installs and levels the WaterGuard system, concrete is poured and leveled over top to seal the system in place.
