Photo Album: Bouncy Floor Stabilization in Pittsburgh, PA

Our field inspector, Cody Reddy, was sent to assess a Pittsburgh, PA homeowner's sagging floor. Cody discovered that the basement support system consisted of thick tree stumps and rusted posts. This caused the floors above to sag and bounce. Based on what he found, Cody recommended SmartJack Support Posts for permanent stabilization. The homeowner agreed to Cody's recommendation and SmartJack Support Posts were installed to stabilize the sagging floors. The homeowner was very pleased with the results and is now able to enjoy a safe, stable home.

The old support jack was removed and replaced with the SmartJack System.
