This homeowner in Pulaski, PA contacted our office looking for a permanent solution to their wet crawl space problem. By sealing the open vents and cracks, insulating the crawl space walls, installing a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier throughout the floor, and installing a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, our crew encapsulated the crawl space. Clean Crawl Space

SilverGlo wall insulation was fastened to the crawl space walls and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed throughout the crawl space floor and sealed with vapor barrier tape to prevent moisture from seeping through the dirt floor and into the space.

Crawl Space Dehumidification

To eliminate high moisture levels in the air and prevent mold growth, we installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

Drainage Matting

Drainage Matting was installed throughout the crawl space floor to prevent water from pooling and flooding the crawl space. CleanSpace Vapor Barrier is installed over the matting and sealed off with heavy-duty vapor barrier tape to prevent moisture from seeping through and into the crawl space.
