Rusted Support Posts

The basement's support beams were rusted and had to be replaced. To permanently lift, level, and stabilize the floor above this customers basement, we installed the SmartJack Support System. The SmartJack Support System is a network of load-bearing columns that are used to redistribute the weight of the floor above to more stable soils or bedrock. By strategically placing these columns, the system lifts and stabilizes the floor, preventing any further sinking or subsiding. It provides a permanent solution and can be adjusted over time as needed to accommodate foundation settlement.

EverBrace Foundation Wall Restoration System

Our team permanently stabilized this customers tilting foundation wall using the EverBrace System. With EverBrace, steel corrugated panels and beams work together to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls. Rigid foam is then injected to fill any voids behind the steel panels, fully transferring the load from the failing structure to the new support panels.
