Jeff was very helpful. I called for a problem that they couldn't help with but he took the time to look over the whole house. The original problem was a plumbing problem and he even directed me to a trusted plumber. Jeff did raise some concerns with humidity and mold and I was impressed by the sedona dehumidifier they have and am looking forward to seeing what it can do.
