Sales Process
Mark was a good and likeable salesman. I do not know if he ran up the price. Nothing was itemized or explained. The project was well diagrammed and very legal for the benefit of the company. We probably overbought for an area which was under the street which will never be used and hasn't been used during the buildings first 123 years of existence. It was built in the year 1900.
