The concrete leveling that Tom & Julian did inside our home went very well. We had an interior room where the floor had dropped 1 1/2 inch in one corner. The concrete floor had slate flooring on top of it and had in floor radiant heat in it. The leveling did not disturb the in floor radiant heat and none of the slate was cracked. The reason for giving a lower rating was due to the office staff. It was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, only would get the answering machine. And when I would leave messages, seldom did anyone return my calls. Very frustrating!!

Jeff did an excellent job of selling your services and explained the process very well. And Cheyanne did a good follow up on the phone.

Tom and Julian did a great job on our floor. They were able to level it without damaging the slate flooring or the in-floor heating system. We are very pleased with the results.
