Internal French Drain
Challenge
Deborah was referred to Keystone Basement Systems from a previous customer so she felt at home with calling into us. She called in due to the water that had been coming into her basement making it wet and "moist" smelling. Keystone then sent out one of their professional field inspectors by the name of Nick. If your basement flooded once, it can happen again and fortunately there's a lot you can do to prevent a flooded basement and Nick knew just what to do to help her with this problem. Nick evaluated situation and took all the right measurements to fix the problem and came up with the brilliant plan to install a Internal French Drain using The TrenchDrain.™ The TrenchDrain is designed with a half-round pipe section, with a grated top fitting. When installed, it's flush with the rest of your concrete floor for a clean, professional job that will keep your basement dry again.
Solution
Keystone Basement Systems sent Foreman Juan Pantojas and crew out to Deborah's house to install the TrenchDrain in which her and Nick had spoken about. A proper basement waterproofing system plays a crucial role in protecting your home from water damage and both Nick and Juan know this and felt very confident in not only the decision to use this product but also in the amazing job Juan and his crew did installing it. The homeowners basement has been dry ever since.
