Challenge

The homeowner reached out to Keystone Basement Systems for help with her "shifting" and cracking walls. Keystone Basement Systems Anna Mainwaring set up an appointment for expert field inspector Chris Bailey to go out and determine the best way and products to fix her house. Upon arrival Chris sat down and spoke with the homeowner about her concerns and reassured her that we could help. He then went out and did his inspection and came up with a fantastic plan that made Ann feel very safe. Chris's plan was to have our expert team of technicians come out and install 8 CarbonArmor straps.

  Chris went out and took the proper measurements and pictures and made the drawing to hand over to our fantastic installers. He then sat down with the homeowner and they went over everything that Chris came up with step by step. She stated she couldn't be happier.

Solution

Foreman Daniel Harvey, Domenic Fazio, and Scott Booth went out to the home and installed 8 CarbonArmor straps. The homeowner stated she couldn't be happier and now feels safe again!
