The DryLok wore off and now there is water seeping in again
Challenge
The homeowners called in because they had tried to repair their leaking basement wall problem with DryLok thinking this would be a permanent fix, as many do, only to find out that it wears off and you are left with the original problem and now its got a yuck residue of "paint" around it. Keystone Basement Systems sent one of our expert field inspectors out to evaluate the issue. The field inspector sat down and listen to the homeowner explain the situation and then went downstairs to do his inspection and come up with a plan to get this house dry again. The professional field inspector then came up with the plan to put in a 39 foot internal French Drain system. He then went over it with the homeowners and made arrangements to get this plan underway.
Solution
Foreman Juan Pantojas and his crew went out to the home and installed said 39 foot Interior French Drain System.
