Diane Flory is recently dependent on calling her brother who lives in Lancaster, Pa. for help with projects at her house, however he was not able to fix this issue and told her to call upon a expert, so she called Keystone Basement Systems to come out. Keystone sent out one of their best field inspectors to sit down with her and discuss the issue, evaluate the problem, and then come up with a plan. Field inspector Darryl Butler met with Diane and talked about what was going on before going out to the garage and inspecting it himself. Upon inspection of the garage he took proper measurements and diagnostics to figure out a plan. He then sat down with the homeowner and went over his plan in detail as to reassuring she understood what needed to be done. Diane then spoke to her realtor friend and brother and all agreed that Darryl's plan needed to happen. Darryl's plan included WaterGuard, a drainage connector, new buried downspouts, to pull the water away from the garage and a state of the art TripleSafe Sump Pump. In case of a power outage, our UltraSump® battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery!
