French Drain and the TripleSafe Sump Pump in Presto
Challenge
Darren had called in after remembering his mom used our company for her waterproofing needs. Darren had recently had a new door installed and sadly they did not take into account that they had changed some things in the doorway so it resulted in him getting water seepage into his basement entry way. Keystone sent out Field inspector Nick to speak with them and then investigate the issue and come up with a plan to help them. After seeing the issue at hand and taking all the proper measurements Nick came up with the plan to have a French Drain system installed along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TrenchDrain System that Nick planned on using will prevent flooding from an outer entryway such as a hatchway, garage door, or doorway is a priority. In this case we use the TrenchDrain™ Grated Draining Pipe to span the opening and prevent water from flowing into your basement. The grated opening of this system is designed to accept water from the floor, where it's then redirected to your perimeter drain and your sump pump.
Solution
Keystone then sent out a Foreman and his crew to install said drainage and sump pump and once finished the homeowner was ecstatic with Keystone Basement Systems.
