Challenge
Homeowner Barb had called into Keystone Basement Systems for help at her townhouse. She lives in the middle townhouse in a 3 row section and has a homeowners association. She had noticed that after every rain she was getting water pooling in not only her backyard but her laundry area in her basement. Keystone then sent out one of their best field inspectors to discuss this issue with her and then perform a evaluation of the said problem as to help come up with a plan to fix it. Once completed with his inspection he knew that a new downspout system needed to be installed as well as a drainage system, some WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump. After sitting back down with Barb and explaining his plan in great detail Barb agreed to move forward with this project and was thrilled to hear about "clean up guarantee". She had to get the approval from the hoa to have this work done due to the fact that Keystone had to dig in her yard to install the drainage system.
Solution
Upon approval of the hoa Keystone sent out Foreman Juan and his crew to dig for the new drainage and install it , along with installing WaterGuard on the back wall of her laundry room and a TripleSafe sump pump. They then got her new downspouts installed and made sure she was not only happy with the result but "mess free" which she said was her favorite part.
