Challenge
Ken had called in because he needed help to get his basement dry. He had some water seeping in around the base of the wall where it meets the floor. Keystone Basement Systems sent out one of their best field inspectors to sit down with him and discuss this problem. After speaking with Ken the field inspector did a complete inspection of the basement and came up with a plan to get his house dry again. The plan entailed a 27 foot exterior drainage system with a buried discharge line. After coming up with this plan the field inspector then sat down with Ken again as to make sure he is fully understanding the issue at hand, the damage it can cause if not fixed, and the solution.
Solution
Keystone Basement Systems then sent out their best Foreman and crew to complete installation of the 27 foot exterior drain system and the buried discharge line. The homeowner was thrilled with how fast we completed the job and the fact that it was very professional and his basement hasn't gotten anymore moisture since then.
