WaterGuard in Venetia
Challenge
Steve and his fiancé heard about Keystone Basement Systems on iHeart radio, and after hearing the commercial he knew had to call in about his basement's water problem. Steve had discovered his floors seemed to be seeping water in and he was very worried about the stuff that he and Rachel had stored down and the fact that she hated to do laundry down there because "it was gross". Keystone Basement Systems sent someone out to them right away. Field inspector Chris Bailey sat down with the couple and discussed the issue before going down to the basement to perform his professional inspection. Upon doing his inspection of taking measurements and doing field tests he came up with the amazing plan to have a TripleSafe sump pump installed along WaterGuard and a couple of downspout connectors. After completing his drawings and measurements he sat down once again with the homeowners to go over the plan in detail to ensure they knew what had to be done or what would happen if they did not get the work done. This house's concrete basement would start to erode faster and faster and they would then end up with a structural issue as well. After speaking with them the homeowners felt it was a great idea to move forward with this project.
Solution
Keystone Basement Systems then sent out foreman Juan Pantojas and his crew of guys. They then installed the WaterGuard, the TripleSafe sump pump and the downspout connectors. This was all done in a very professional yet quick manner which made the homeowners very happy.
