SuperSump to the rescue
Challenge
Ken and Nancy moved back from Florida to Kens family home, which had recently had a sump pump installed in the basement due to some flooding in his basement. Upon coming home he found that the basement was wet yet again so Nancy called the original company in to look at what was going on, however they scheduled her a appointment and then never showed up, and this happened on 2 different occasions! Ken then called in to Keystone Basement Systems to have us come out to speak with them and inspect the issue at hand. Keystone sent out one of their best field inspectors who sat down with them and then conducted a in depth inspection of the problem to help better come up with a plan of action to get this fixed. Upon the field inspectors inspection he noticed that the drainage line that came from the pump out to the outside of the house was measured to short so it was not pulling the water away from the home. He also noticed that it had froze because it had not cap on it and so his plan included a new drainage line with a speedy drain, this was to come off the new SuperSump sump pump that was being installed. He had also included a new discharge line to come off of the exterior of the house.
Solution
Keystone Basement Systems then sent out one of their foreman and his crew to install the new SuperSump pump and all the proper drainage for it. This was all done in a very timely manor with the utmost expertise. The homeowner was extremally happy with the results of his project and vowed to use Keystone Basement Systems if ever he was in need again.
