Harrison City Internal French Drain
Challenge
Patricia and Phillip got onto HomeAdvisor because they needed help with their wet basement. After finding Keystone Basement Systems there they called in were very promptly made an appointment. Keystone Basement Systems sent out Filed Inspector Darryl to not only speak with them on the issue and perform a expert inspection of the problem, but also to come up with a plan to fix it and then sit these poor homeowners down to go over everything in hopes to help them with any further questions or concerns. Once he completed his inspection he knew that the issue was going to get fixed properly if they installed a Internal French Drain. He also knew that if this wasn't done this poor house was going to intel more issues overtime. The internal french drain was going to have to be 40 feet long in total by his very precise measurements. The homeowners and him went over every detail of this plan before he returned back to Keystone to give the exact drawings to the installation crew.
Solution
Keystone then sent out their best foreman and crew to complete this project, but only after the foreman met with the homeowner to go over what was going to be happening while the installation was taking place. They then completed the installation of the 40 foot drain system and the foreman and the homeowner walked through the basement to see the completed job and go over anything if they had questions. They did not have questions just compliments for not only them but also for how amazing the experience was in general.
