PumpSpy sump pump in Dravosburg
Challenge
Matt, the homeowner, got on Google and found Keystone Basement Systems because he was having some moisture issues. He noticed that his basement was damp and didn't know what to do himself so he asked to have them out to take a look at the issue, and see what they thought needed done. Keystone sent out one of their best qualified field inspector to do a in-depth evaluation of the problem area, and come up with a plan to get it fixed. The inspection was completed and the field inspector sat down with the homeowner to go over his findings and what he had come up with to make sure this basement was dry again. The plan involved a PumpSpy sump pump, with a 5 year service plan as well as a service port or better known as the cleanout. It also included some internal french drainage and a speedy drain. Once he completed his drawings of the plan he walked the homeowner through the basement to explain everything, ensuring that Matt understood and had no questions.
Solution
The field inspector then returned to the office and promptly scheduled this project for installation. The foreman and his crew went out and met with Matt to explain what was going to be going on with his install, and then got right to work. They installed the internal drainage system first and explained once again to Matt what was going on. Then came the installation of the PumpSpy and the service port. Once completed with the project they walked Matt back down to the basement to show him everything and explain how it worked. Once Matt and the foreman completed their walkthrough Matt jumped right on line to leave a 5 star review about how thrilled he was that he called Keystone Basement Systems.
