Waterproofing the church in Amity
Challenge
Clyde called Keystone Basement Systems after looking on Google and finding they were the best match for what he needed. Keystone was very pleased to help and sent out one of their best field inspectors, Brian McWhirter, to meet with him and his wife. Clyde was a pastor at the Amity United Methodist Church in Amity, and it was taking on water, he had big concerns that this would cause health issues for some of his followers and he wanted it fixed as soon as possible. Brian and Clyde sat and talked about the issue before Brian went and performed his in-depth inspection of this problem area. Upon his inspection he came up with a great plan to get this church dry again. The plan that Brian had come up with was to install a single stage sump pump with a service port. He also needed to install some new downspout extensions and have them go to a drain line that would pull the water away from the church.
Solution
Keystone then sent out one of their best Foreman and his crew to meet with Clyde on the day of installation and show him the places that they would be working and explain what they would be doing. The foreman and his crew then quickly got to work installing the sump pump and the downspout extensions along with the service ports and discharge line. The foreman then went over everything with Clyde and his wife again , ensuring that they fully understood where everything was and how it all worked. They were very pleased with the entire process from start to finish.
