New drain system in New Brighton
Challenge
Brian and Michelle knew they had to call Keystone Basement Systems after seeing their add on Google, and knowing they had a moisture problem that the other companies hadn't been able to fix thus far. Keystone Basement Systems sent out one of their best field inspectors, Brian McWhirter, to sit down with them and go over the issue, prior to him doing his id-depth inspection of the problem are for himself. The field inspector had already helped to put their mind at ease, due to the fact that nobody ever asked them what they thought before. The field inspector then performed his very accurate measurements and all the right moisture tests and came up with a fantastic plan to fix this house. The plan consisted of a new drainage system, instead of the one that had previously been installed that was not working. The new system would be a internal french drain with a service port and a buried discharge line all that could be tied in with the new PumpSpy sump pump that needed to be installed. The field inspector then sat down with Brian and Michelle once again to explain his plan and to let them know the importance of getting this project done. Once he answered all their questions he then went back to the office to schedule them out for installation.
Solution
Keystone Basement Systems then sent out one of their best foreman and his crew, who immediately upon arrival introduced themselves and discussed with them what was going to going on that day. The foreman and his crew then quickly got to work installing the PumpSpy sump pump and the internal drainage system with the service port. They then finished up with the buried discharge line and a follow up conversation with the homeowners, showing and explaining everything to them. The house has not been wet due to water infiltration since and the homeowners are extremely pleased with their decision to call Keystone!!
