Back up for the PumpSpy in Monaca
Challenge
Mary and Keely had called Keystone Basement Systems due to the fact that they had a water infiltration issue. Keystone Basement Systems sent out one of their field inspectors to sit down and talk with them prior to him doing his very detailed inspection of the problem area. The field inspector then did all the right water test and all the right measurements and came up with a great plan to install a new PumpSpy sump pump, but he also knew that the home was in a central area that lost power when it stormed so he knew that he need to install the UltraSump back up battery. The UltraSump® Battery Backup System to ensure continued protection no matter what happens. In the event of loss of power the battery backup will automatically kick in and begin removing water from your basement, preventing a flood. The UltraSump® system can pump out in excess of 11,500 gallons of water on a fully charged battery, which is enough water to fill a small swimming pool! Keystones field inspector then sat down with Mary and Kelly and went over his plan, while making sure to answer all of their questions. Once they had spoken and the homeowners were aware of how urgent it was to have this project completed the field inspector returned to the office to schedule them for installation.
Solution
Keystone then sent out one of their best foreman and his crew, who immediately introduced themselves and explained what was going to be happening in their basement that day. The foreman and his crew went to work installing the PumpSpy sump pump and the UltraSump back up. They finished up that day by cleaning up and explaining to Mary and Kelly what everything was and how it worked, and last but not least who to call for their services. They felt very overwhelmed with happiness and even left a 5 star review of the services.
