Pumping station needed in Baden
Challenge
Joshua and Chelsea had called Keystone Basement Systems when they bought the house because they had seen some water in the basement and this worried them. Keystone sent out field inspector Brian McWhirter to their home to sit and talk with them prior to doing his detailed inspection of the problem area. He knew after he spoke with them how important it was for them to have their new home fixed. Brian then completed his very thorough evaluation of the problem area and came up with a great plan to get it fixed. The plan was to install a internal french drain with a service port and a discharge line, as well as new downspouts and some Tuff-Scrim for the walls. He also knew his plan would be effective because he had also planed to install a PumpSpy pump station, which consisted of 2 pumps. The field inspector then sat down with the homeowners to go over his plan, ensuring that they knew the details and the importance of getting it done as soon as they could.
Solution
Keystone then sent out one of their foreman and his crew to install the PumpSpy pump station , internal french drain with service port and the new downspouts and discharge line. The homeowners were thrilled at the results.
