PumpSpy in Cabot
Challenge
George and his wife Shirley had gotten Keystone Basement Systems telephone number from a friend who used their services before. George and Shirley were having some water issue in their basement. Keystone promptly sent out one of their top field inspectors to talk with them, as well to perform a in-depth inspection of the problem area. After speaking with them he knew that Shirley had some health concerns, due to the fact that she said the basement smelled like mold, so he had to do something right away. The field inspector performed his inspection by doing all the right measurements and performing all the exact testing that needed done, and much much more. The plan that he had come up with was brilliant and guaranteed to work. So as he sat down once again with the homeowners he went over every fine detail, making sure they understood what all needed done and exactly how important it is to be done so that their house remained intact and was once again dry and healthy. The plan consisted of a internal french drain with one service port, or clean out as some people call it. It also included a PumpSpy sump pump. None of these items were going to be installed though until after the JoMax anti microbial and mold spray was done, this needed to be done to ensure everyone's health. The homeowners were beyond thrilled with how precise field inspector Brian McWhirter was and couldn't wait to get this project underway.
Solution
The field inspector then returned to the office and scheduled George and Shirley's project for installation. The foreman and his crew arrived a few minuets early to their house and promptly introduced themselves. The foreman then sat and spoke to the homeowners to explain everything that was going to be going on that day, all the while making sure to answer all of their questions. The crew then performed that wash and sprayed the anti microbial spray on the walls, and jumped right into the rest of the installation. They then installed the internal french drain and the service port, or better known as the clean out. The PumpSpy sump pump was the last to be installed and set up. The foreman then did a walk threw with the homeowners to show them everything and explain how it all worked. They were then given the telephone number to Keystone's service department for their 5 year service plan. The results of this project not only made George and Shirley happy, but their daughter as well, who then called us to come to her house!!
