Slippery Rock waterproofing
Challenge
Kathleen and George had gotten on HomeAdvisor to find someone to help them with the water that was coming into their house. Keystone Basement Systems is who they found, and liked for the job, so they called right away. Keystone then promptly sent out one of their best field inspectors to meet with them before doing his very detailed inspection of the problem area. Once he was completed with talking about the issue with them he was much more aware of their concerns and how important it was to get it all done in a very timely manner. The field inspector then went onto doing his very detailed inspection of the issue area and found that the water was coming from the fact that the house needed at least new downspouts and a buried discharge line, however he also needed to install a sump pump with a service port, to ensure there would be a definitive fix to the water issue. The field inspector then sat down with the homeowner to go over the plan, making sure that they understood the importance of every aspect of this problem and fix.
Solution
The field inspector then went back to the office and scheduled this eager families project for installation. The foreman and his crew showed up on the day of install a few minutes early as the foreman wanted to make sure they were on time knowing that Kathleen was very concerned about time management. The foreman then introduced himself and the crew before taking the homeowners around to show and explain to them what was going to be happening. The crew immediately got to work installing the new downspouts and extensions, along with the buried discharge line. They then moved onto to doing the work inside the basement installing the new sump pump with service port. The homeowners were beyond thrilled with the results of the project and how amazing all of the people at Keystone treated them.
