Internal Drain
Challenge
Patricia called the experts at Keystone Basement Systems because her basement was getting moisture and she had concerns. Keystone promptly made her a appointment to sit down with a field inspector and discuss this, and also for him to perform a in-depth inspection of the problem area. Once sitting down wit Patricia he knew that this project had to be underway as soon as possible to not only ease her mind but to help prevent things from further going wrong in her basement. Field inspector, Aaron Stull, performed his very detailed inspection and came up with a great plan of action to fix the issue at hand. After a carefully put together plan was in order he then went back upstairs to let Patricia know what he had found and what was going to fix the issue. He explained to her that the plan was to install a interior drainage system with a service port, as well as a sump pump station. Patricia was more then excited to have this done. Aaron then returned to the office and booked her a appointment for installation.
Solution
The foreman and his crew arrive right on time the day of install and made sure to introduce themselves to Patricia. The foreman then sat down with her to make sure she understood what was going to be going on that day. Once he was confident that she understood everything they quickly got to work. The crew installed the internal drainage system with the service port, or aka cleanout, as well as the sump pump. Once completed the crew cleaned up and the foreman showed Patricia everything and explained how it all worked and also provided her with the service phone number, so that she could schedule her annual services, or if she had any further issues.
