Need a new sump pump
Challenge
Kathy and Tom called Keystone Basement Systems to come out to their house due to the water that was back in their basement. They had a sump pump installed with a different company but that had failed and they could not get ahold of anyone there to help. Keystone sent out one of the best field inspectors they have, Aaron. Aaron sat down with the homeowners to discuss the issue in hopes to get a better understanding on what her concerns were. He then went down and took a very detailed evaluation of the problem area and came up with a fantastic plan to get it fixed.
Solution
Aaron then sat down with Kathy and Tom once again and explained his plan, and what could happen to their home if they did not get the project done. The plan was to install a new sump pump along with a internal drainage system with a cleanout. On day of installation the foreman and his crew introduced themselves and then went right to work installing all of the products in the plan.
