Discharge line needed
Challenge
Randi called into Keystone Basement System because she needed help in her basement, due to the moisture. Keystone sent out one of their best field inspector to sit and talk with her before conducting his very detailed inspection of the problem area. The field inspector was very aware of her concerns after speaking with her, so he knew he had to get right to work getting this plan put together to fix this issue. The field inspector had come up with a phenomenal plan to install a internal french drain with a service port, as well as a singular stage sump pump and new downspouts along with a buried discharge line.
Solution
The field inspector then explained his plan to the homeowner and she agreed that this needed done. He then returned to the office and scheduled her out for installation. The foreman and his crew then went out to Randi's home and installed the new downspouts along with the buried discharge line and then proceeded inside the home to install the sump pump with service port and the internal drain system. The foreman then explained everything to the homeowner, by showing her the products and her final results.
