Help my basement is getting wet!!!!!
Challenge
Curtis got onto the internet and found Keystone Basement Systems, he was searching for anyone to help with his wet basement. Keystone was not only pleased to help but very expedient with their appointment, as this made the homeowner very happy already. The field inspector sat down with Curtis to discuss the issue before going down to look at the problem area, this is done to ensure that plan that he comes up with is meets his wants and needs, and to reassure the house is getting fixed properly. Upon completion of his inspection he had come up with a sure fire plan that would guarantee work for this house. The plan consisted of installing a duel interior drain system . The system had to be a duel due to the fact that there was a 16 inch difference between the garage and the basement.
Solution
The field inspector, upon the approval of the homeowner, went back to the office and scheduled his installation date and assigned the foreman and his crew to the project. Come installation day the foreman and his crew went out and introduced themselves before getting to work. The crew then installed the duel drainage system and did a very thorough clean up afterwards. The foreman then took Curtis down to the basement/ garage area and showed him everything explaining in great detail how it all worked. The homeowner was both pleased and excited that his house was going to be dry once again. Curtis was so happy that he gave Keystone a excellent review and even a referral to his co worker that was also having water issues in their basement.
