WaterGuard in Fairview
Challenge
Earl and his wife, Lenie had found Keystone Basement Systems and knew they had to reach out to them, they were having a huge problem with water getting into their basement. Keystone promptly made an appointment for one of their best field inspectors, Nick Hensley to go out to speak with them and also to perform a very detailed inspection of the problem area. The field inspector did a wonderful job with easing their mind with the discussion they had, he answered all of their questions and addressed all f their concerns. He then went on to doing his inspection using all the right tools and taking all the right measurements and performing all the proper moisture tests. The field inspector then sat down with Earl and Lenie once again to go over all of his findings along with the solution to get it fixed. The plan was great, he was very confident in the fact that this was going to work, as it did! The plan that Nick had come up with was to install WaterGuard in the basement as well as a new TripleSafe sump pump. The homeowner was so excited that his plan was so carefully thought out and that Nick was so educated on this that Earl did not hesitate to say "lets do it!"
Solution
Nick then returned to the office and scheduled them for installation as soon as he could., as he knew how urgent this project was for the homeowner. The foreman and his crew then went out and installed the WaterGuard and took out the sump pump that was no longer working and stalled the TripleSafe sump pump. Upon completion of the project the foreman took Earl and Lenie dowsatirs to show them the finished project, all the while explaining it all as they went. Once he was done he went over the 5 year service plan with them and once again went over any questions they had. Earl and Lenie were beyond thrilled with them and the work they did, and their house has been dry ever since.
