Internal French Drain
Challenge
Misty and Angel called Keystone Basement Systems due to the fact they had water coming into their basement and didn't know what to do. Keystone promptly made her an appointment for the very next day, where at that time a field inspector went out and sat down to speak with her about the issue, before performing his very detailed inspection. The field inspector went over every one of her concerns and answered all of her questions she had up to this point. The field inspector then rendered a inspection of the problem area by taking all the right tests and measurements to ensure he would be accurately coming up with a plan to fix the issues at hand. The plan consisted of a internal french drain with a service port and a speedy drain. It also included a single stage sump pump and a 5 year service plan. The field inspector then went over everything with both Misty and Angel to make sure they knew what had to be done and that this would be the plan to fix their home. Upon agreeance of the plan the field inspector then went back to the office and scheduled this project for installation.
Solution
The foreman and his crew arrived a few minuets early on install day and introduced themselves to Misty and Angel. The foreman then went over how things were going to be taking place and what to expect, so that they would have the best understanding there could be to have. The crew then quickly jumped to work installing their drainage system and service port. They then installed the sump pump and the speedy drain and thoroughly cleaned up. The foreman then went over everything again with Misty and Angel, this was done by both explaing and showing them the products that were installed and what they do. The foreman then wrapped up by giving them the service departments telephone number and making sure they had no questions or concerns., they did not. The homeowners were very happy with the end results, as well as the entire process.
