Dehumidifier in Ford City
Challenge
Renee and Charles knew exactly what they wanted when they called into Keystone Basement Systems. The only thing they wanted to do was have a dehumidifier installed in their basement to take out the high humidity they were having down there. Keystone went out to speak with them in person before performing their very detailed inspection of the problem area. The field inspector entered the basement and knew first hand what they were talking about, it was extremely humid downstairs. The field inspector then performed a moisture test, just to be more accurate and make sure that was all they needed. The field inspector then went upstairs and explained the results to them, and let them know he would schedule their home to have a Sedona dehumidifier installed for as soon as possible.
Solution
The field inspector then returned to the office and scheduled the installation. The foreman went out to the house and spoke with Renee before installing the dehumidifier and made sure to answer any questions that she had. Once they had finished the initial conversation the foreman then went downstairs and installed the Sedona dehumidifier and then returned to the upstairs to speak withj Renee once again. The homeowner and the foreman then went downstairs and they went over how everything worked, all the while the foreman making sure to answer her questions and address her concerns. He then explained the service program and provided her with the service departments telephone number. Renee and Charles were beyond happy with the results and the entire process and made sure to give Keystone Basement Systems a 5 star review.
