Walls needing some support in Clymer, Pa.
Challenge
Barbara and Chris saw Keystone Basement Systems on Facebook and knew they had to reach out to them. They had some structural issues going on with their home and their basement was getting wet. Keystone immediately made them an appointment to have field inspector Mark McCullough come out to their home and speak with them before conducting his in-depth inspection of said problem area. The field inspector showed up with great exuberance to get this family the help they needed. The field inspector and the family all spoke about what was going on and went over every single concern that came up. The field inspector then jumped right into the inspection, for he now had a better understanding of how important it was to get it fixed as soon as possible. The field inspector came up with a phenomenal plan to get this house fixed and structurally safe again. The plan involved installing WaterGuard, a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace for the walls, a buried discharge line as well as 10 CarbonArmor carbon fiber straps. Mark then sat down with the couple again to go over his plan, ensuring that they understood every little detail and making sure to answer any questions they had.
Solution
Mark then returned to the office and scheduled this project out for the first available date they had. The project is of an urgent manor, due to the fact that they have a great amount of structural damage to their home. Upon completion of this project the home will have 8 straps, a buried discharge line, CleanSpace and WaterGuard along with a TripleSafe sump pump. These products are a sure fire fix for this home!
