Internal French Drain
Challenge
Jay got online and looked for a waterproofing company, where he had the good fortune of finding Keystone Basement Systems. Jay called immediately and explained that he was sick of his basement getting wet and it smells like mildew. Keystone knew they had to prioritize this, so they scheduled one of their best field inspectors to go out to his house the next day. Upon arrival, the field inspector met with Jay and discussed his concerns and answered his questions. He then jumped right into performing his very detailed inspection of the problem area and came up with a great plan to get it fixed. The plan involved installing an internal french drainage system with a service port and a speedy drain. The field inspector was also going to wash the wall for the little bit of mold that started to grow, then he would spray an anti-microbial spray on them. He was also installing a Sedona dehumidifier to take care of any kind of humidity and moisture moving forward.
Solution
The field inspector then spoke once again with Jay to explain everything and answer any questions he might have had. Jay was on board and couldn't wait to get this done so the field inspector returned to the office and had this project scheduled for installation as quickly as possible.
The foreman and his crew promptly showed up on installation day and politely introduced themselves before getting to work. They then installed the internal drainage system and the dehumidifier and made sure to thoroughly clean up when they were done. The foreman then took Jay downstairs to go over everything by not only explaining it all but by also showing him the products that were installed. The foreman then gave the homeowner the service department's phone number and an option for a review, which Jay was overly pleased to complete. Jay gave Keystone a wonderful 5-star review and even a few referrals!!
