Help my house sits on a natural spring and now my basement is getting wet!
Challenge
Carolyn and Joseph called upon Keystone Basement Systems to help with their wet basement, their house sits on a natural spring and up until this point hadn't been a problem but now is getting pools of water in the basement. Keystone not only knew they had to get to this home quickly but was also very aware that they needed to devise a custom action plan to dry this house again. The masterfully devised plan needed to be very accurate in its duties, because if this house didn't get fixed soon this issue was going to lead to a structural issue next. The field inspector promptly showed up for their appointment and sat down with these homeowners to go over the problem, ensuring to talk about their concerns and answering any questions they were having. The field inspector then jumped right into working on the plan by conducting his very thorough inspection of the problem area. The plan was a surefire fix due to the precise inspection that the field inspector conducted. The plan was to install a TripleSafe sump pump with a buried discharge line. The plan also consisted of installing an internal drainage system as well as a service port, aka cleanout. The last but certainly not least thing on the plan was to install a speedy drain. The field inspector then went over this plan with both Carolyn and Joseph ensuring that they understood the importance of every detail in this plan. The field inspector made sure to take his time answering all of their questions and addressing all of their concerns before heading back to the office to get this scheduled for installation as soon as possible.
Solution
The foreman and his crew very urgently showed up for the job and quickly made their way to unload the truck with the materials needed for that day. The foreman introduced himself and the crew and then he himself went over everything with Carolyn and Joseph once again and even took the time to schedule a mid-day check-in with them to go over any questions or concerns they might have at that point. The crew then jumped right and got the buried discharge line completely installed as well as the internal french drain with service port. The crew then installed the speedy drain and the TripleSafe sump pump. The crew then made sure that they thoroughly cleaned up the mess and the foreman once again sat down with the homeowners to go over every detail of the project and how things worked. The foreman also made sure to inform the homeowners of the service department's phone number to call for their annual service appointment as well as if they needed anything at all. Both Carolyn and Joseph were very happy with Keystone and the worked that they had performed, as a matter of fact so happy that they gave them a super 5-star review!
